Handmade in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast since 1993, Swingz n Thingz is a home based family business. Swingz n Thingz only use quality materials and the finished product shows. The fade proof Marine Canvas used in the swings is the same as is used for boat sale covers. The timber is hardwood, the rope is UV stabilised yachting rope and the hardware is stainless steel.

Swingz n Thingz Kids Swings are suitable for children aged from 6 months (or when sitting up), until around 8 years. The child sits deeply in the seat of the swing and is secured with a seatbelt making it safe and secure from a young age. There is even a cushion for added comfort!

The swing is easy to move from one hanging position to another. This has meant we have used it all year round in rain, hail and shine. My son and I have had hours and hours of fun in this swing.

Dee Crawford’s First collection was Summer 2010. Wanting to create looks with a difference she steered away from the from the norm of pinks for girls and chose to work with tones of peppermint and cinnamon instead.

For Winter 2011 Dee has continued to look for a difference in style and colour for both girls and boys. Available at the end of May, the collection follows oriental tones, with lots of mandarin collars, jackets with bell sleeves, rich hues of red and purple, and different textures running throughout.

What sets Bubble and Squeak apart is that each style is limited to 50 of each size, and everything can be mixed and matched for a number of different looks with very few pieces.

The designs are available almost exclusively online – a channel Dee prefers so she can have a direct dialogue with her customers – but are also sold through parties that customers are able to host. Prices start at $17.00.

Sustainababy Queensland Flood Relief Raffle

Queensland is currently facing its worst natural disaster in recent history.
Significant flooding has occurred in areas of South East Queensland including Ipswich, Caboolture and Brisbane. Search and rescue efforts continue in Toowoomba and the Lockyer Valley following the flash flooding event on 10 January 2011. Many people are still missing and there have been several confirmed deaths. Flooding in other towns including Condamine, Dalby, Goondiwindi and Texas is an ongoing issue.¹
Sustainababy has launched this Queensland Flood Relief Raffle as a method to raise much needed funds for the people of flood affected areas. ALL proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Queensland Premier's Flood Relief Appeal.
Currently approximately $2000 of superior eco baby products are able to be won, with more items to be added. Goods have been kindly donated by both Sustainababy and several of our generous suppliers.
How Does the Raffle Work?

All items available for raffle are showcased here
Each entry to the raffle is $10
Simply select the item you would like to win and purchase it as you would do when online shopping
You may increase the number of entries in each item if you like, or select to buy entries in more than one item

Katrina Hodge is the head costume designer for Outrageous Fortune, the NZ smash hit (the second series recently showed on Australian screens on Channel Ten) that has become as well known for its bold fashion as it has for its audacious storylines. 16 years working in costume on international film and TV sets has instilled in Katrina both the ability to know what looks good, and a unique insight into how clothes can create and shape personality. Katrina’s work on Outrageous Fortune has allowed her to create identities for each of the characters on the show through their clothes, and has led to multiple nominations in design for her at industry awards. Yes HOT ! I have been following Three Little Trees almost from their first season and one thing i have to say is that these girls get better each season.

I am never dissapointed with their style or the quality of their products. This winter collection is my favourite collection yet with its simple but gorgeous designs.I love the prints , the owls the little girls. The only issue that i have with Three Little Trees is that they dont go up to a sz 14.

Merino is perfect for kids - it is natural, it keeps them warm and toasty, it keeps them dry when they sweat, it doesn't itch, it's lightweight and it's comfortable. It's perfect for keeping them warm outdoors all winter long, and they'll even want to wear it to bed too. What's great for the mums (or dads) is that it can be machine washed and dryed over and over and it won't lose its shape or pill.

Mini Merino kids clothing is made in New Zealand from 100% pure New Zealand merino wool so it's silky soft, snugly and doesn't itch (ideal for children with eczema or sensitive skin) and is naturally fire retardant. merino fibres naturally wick moisture away from the body and in winter they trap air to help insulate the body ie. help regulate your body temperature to keep you cool when you're hot and warm when you're cold (or wet). The fabric handles beautifully through wash after wash, retaining its functionality, body and appearance.

Mini Merino garments come in two weights, the light-weight superfine merino (190gm) is ideal for year round use while the mid-weight jersey knit (260gm) is great for those cooler winter days.

What is the most important information you would like to share about your company/product: Our products are designed in New Zealand, made in New Zealand from New Zealand’s finest merino available.

What is its main appeal/strength: We have a number of points of difference from similar businesses which are:
Our sizes go from 1 to 8 years (many others only go to 2 or 3 yrs)
Our long sleeve tee’s are slim fitting so they can be worn as outerwear or underwear (they look great under a tee shirt) and the extra length ensures they don’t ride up.
Our colour range is extensive to say the least, our colours are bold and fresh ie Grasshopper Green

We have just released a NEW Mid-weight merino (260gsm) range. Included in this is a Zip front jersey, beanie and caterpillar (neckwarmer / headband). There is little on the market for kids in this weight merino.

Womb with a view

Keep baby feeling warm, snuggled and secure, much like they were in the womb! Is great for use in the day and also for sleeping. I recommend using a light wrap under the cocoon for sleeping so that little fingers and toes don't escape through the knit (although this is very cute!). Prevents startle reflex from waking baby as their arms are safely tucked away inside the cocoon.

I fell in love with The Womb with a View last year when we received two of them at our office.They are so soft just devine. Hand made in Australia by Edan Rose.

To use you simply roll the cocoon down and place baby in feet first and then roll the cocoon up and over baby making sure babies head is exposed. - Instant cuteness, I guarantee you will get so many comments when your baby is wearing its "Womb with a View"!
